Okay in small amounts

🐶 Can dogs eat this? →Why
Yogurt's lactose is partly broken down by its cultures, so a lick of plain yogurt is gentler than milk. Still, cats don't need dairy, so keep it to a rare, tiny amount — and never flavoured or sweetened versions.
If you do share it
At most, a small spoon of plain, unsweetened yogurt occasionally.
